Posting Fees:


To get listed or posted onto Realtor.ca (MLS) the brokerage charges a 

monthly posting fee.. similar to any classified ad or website.

There are various rates  / terms offered per posting.

The posting on Realtor.ca can be cancelled at anytime.


Real estate signs are  NOT placed on the property whatsoever.


 Agent Fees 


Firstly, with the posting approach, there is no mandatory obligation to pay a tenant agent unless

you have advised otherwise. However, with posting services.. you can offer them any incentive to

assist.  You can disclose that amount upfront in the posting.  

When and if an agent calls, you can discuss it further.  That is the benefit of mere posting..

Toronto Real Estate Board & Realtor.ca 



FREE syndication & Marketing at it's finest


It's estimated to that each residence will be

posted on over 100,000 sites.   


Like all other listed properties on Realtor.ca professional Syndication is handled by

The Canadian Real Estate Association and by the Toronto Real estate Board.
